Delivery costs $3.00 to Beirut, $4.00 to Mount Lebanon, $5.00 to North Lebanon & Akkar, $5.00 to South Lebanon & Nabatieh and $5.00 to Bekaa & Baalbek-Hermel. Delivery is free on orders of $60.00 or more until November 30, 2026.

- How long does delivery take?
- Orders inside Beirut arrive the next day. Orders outside Beirut take 2-3 days. PetNest confirms every order with the customer after it is placed.
- Can I return a product?
- Damaged or incorrect items are replaced or refunded free if reported within 48 hours of delivery. Unopened, unused items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days; opened food, treats, litter and grooming/health products cannot be returned unless defective.
