How an order works
Review the total
The cart shows your subtotal, delivery charge and final total. When a free-delivery threshold is active, progress is shown in the cart.
Place & confirm
Enter your delivery details, place the order, and keep the order number shown on the confirmation screen. PetNest will confirm the order and delivery details.
Delivery across Lebanon
PetNest is set up for delivery across Lebanon. The checkout shows the delivery fee that applies to the current cart. If free delivery is available above a minimum order amount, the cart displays that threshold and updates it as products are added or removed.
Payment
Orders are currently placed using cash on delivery. The final checkout total is shown before the order is submitted.
Delivery timing
Delivery timing can depend on the destination and order details. Timing is confirmed as part of the order-confirmation process rather than being promised as a fixed site-wide timeframe.
