When you place an order (with or without an account): your full name, phone number, delivery address, order notes, and email address if you provide one. This is required to fulfil and deliver your order.

If you create an account: your name, email address, and a securely hashed password (we never see or store your password in plain text). Your account also keeps a history of your past orders so you can view them later.

Automatically, via cookies and similar technology: basic browsing and interaction data through Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, used to understand site traffic and measure ad performance. These may set cookies or similar identifiers in your browser.

Stored on your own device: for convenience, your cart contents and the last delivery details you entered are kept in your browser's local storage so you don't have to retype them on your next visit. This data stays on your device and is not something we can access remotely — clearing your browser storage removes it.

How we use this information

• To process, confirm, and deliver your orders (cash on delivery)
• To contact you about an order if there's a question or delivery issue
• To let you sign in, view your order history, and manage your saved details
• To understand how visitors use the site and improve it

Who we share it with

We share the minimum necessary information with service providers who help us run the store: our hosting and database provider (Vercel and Neon), our transactional email provider (Resend, for order notifications), and analytics/advertising providers (Google, Meta). These providers process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

Order and account records are kept for as long as needed for accounting, customer service, and legal purposes. If you'd like your account or order history deleted, contact us and we'll action it unless we're required to retain certain records by law.

• You can view, update, or request deletion of your account details by signing in at My Account or contacting us directly
• You can clear your browser's local storage at any time to remove saved cart/checkout details from your device
• You can control cookies through your browser's own privacy settings

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections throughout the site and secure password storage for accounts. No online system is 100% secure, but we work to keep your data protected.
