These terms apply whenever you browse petnestlb.com or place an order with us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them.

Orders and pricing

All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD) and are current at the time of order, but may change without notice for future orders. Placing an order is an offer to purchase, which we confirm by contacting you or preparing your order for delivery. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is unexpectedly unavailable, if there's a pricing error, or if we're unable to verify or reach you for delivery.

Payment

We currently accept cash on delivery (COD) only. Payment is due in full to the delivery person at the time your order is handed over.

Delivery

We deliver across Lebanon for a flat $3 delivery fee, free on orders over $50. Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by your location, order volume, or circumstances outside our control. Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are accurate — we may need to contact you to confirm details before delivery.

Cancellations

You can request to cancel an order any time before it's out for delivery by contacting us with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched, our Returns & Exchanges policy applies instead.

Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled according to our Returns & Exchanges policy, which forms part of these terms.

Accounts

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for any activity under your account. Let us know right away if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

Product information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate, but occasional errors can occur. If we discover a significant error in your order (for example, an incorrect price), we'll contact you before proceeding.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, PetNest is not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from use of the site or delayed/failed delivery due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable Lebanese consumer protection law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
